I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful resort in Koh Lanta. From the moment I arrived at Layana, I was blown away by the high standard of service, hospitality, and hygiene. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, providing exceptional service at the pool and throughout the resort. The location on the beach was fantastic, allowing easy access from our room to the lounger to the beach. The resort had a boutique feel, making it feel cozy and informal. Additionally, there was never a shortage of sunbeds with umbrellas, which was a major plus for us. I highly recommend staying at Layana for a truly amazing experience.

The service was excellent. The best I've received from any hotel. The accomodation and food were also of a very high standard. Staff were always friendly, efficient and willing to help with any issue.

It was a very relaxing place to stay. The staff are all very friendly and always ready with a smile and a helping hand. For a hotel of this standard, the food was remarkably well priced compared with outside of the resort. We felt no need to eat out and on the two occasions that we did, we paid as much for inferior food.

The gym is not very well equipped, it could do with the addition of a treadmill and rowing machine as a minimum,

The sunset views were perfect. The restaurant had a great selection for breakfast at reasonable prices. We both enjoyed healthy dishes. The resort had a modern design and it was easy to navigate, with an outdoor bathroom adding a unique touch.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the busier tourist spots, and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants 🌴. Plus, it's right on the beachfront, so you can easily hit the sand and sea whenever you feel like it.

Free Wi-Fi was stable and the service was very good. Brand-new room, comfy bed and we loved marble-lined bathroom. Location of hotel was perfect and nice and the shuttle to the resort was a big plus...

Small resort with excellent pool. Pool side staff very attentive and everyone did their best to ensure no detail was overlooked.

The beach was heavily polluted with every kind of plastic bottle, debris and muck. Although somewhat cleared on the beach directly infront of the hotel, most debris was simply pushed to the sides. Walking on the beach was distasteful. This ruined an otherwise excellent resort, but if you cannot go on the beach, why go to a beach resort?

The service was the best my husband and I have ever experienced at a resort. Food was gorgeous and location on the beach, lovely. Everyone was incredibly friendly. It was our delayed honeymoon, got married in feb this year and they really spoilt us. it was quite sad to leave.

The room was lovely but thought it would be a little more special considering the price.

i thoroughly enjoyed that the room was reasonably large and newly decorated with a large balcony.

Location: the hotel was really close to an incredible beach and beautiful water as well as a lovely Island for a picnic lunch which consisted on rice. Tried some takeout specials at N and n Restaurant, luckily it was within a close distance from the venue.

I had an amazing stay at Layana Resort & Spa - Adult Only. The customer service was fantastic, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The resort itself is well-maintained with beautiful pools and a stunning beach. The restaurant served excellent food with friendly waitstaff. The sunset views from the infinity pool were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

The most amazing resort!! Everything about this hotel oozes elegant luxury. The staff are incredible- helpful and attentive to all your needs and the nicest people we met throughout our vacation in Thailand.The room is of the highest standard and makes you feel right at home and the food is delicious, there is no need to search around for restaurants, we ate all our meals at the Layana. The sunsets are the most beautiful we have ever seen, and most important-they really do care, not like the other resorts we've been to where its all about the money. Bob the owner greets you personally and sees you off when you leave, you get complimentary stuff like water (as much as you need), mosquito repellent and fruit. Can't wait to return!!!

The hotel is excellent for people who want to relax. The people that work at the hotel are very friendly and eficcient. The pool is very big and quiet. There are nothing wrong to say about the hotel and we definitly recommend this hotel for people who need a break to relax.
